Congratulations Cooper!

Congratulations Cooper on being choosen as the SOAR Student of the Month.  Cooper is a good friend to his classmates.  He pays attention and obeys the school rules.  Cooper tries to do his best at whatever he is doing.  It is a pleasure having Cooper aboard my ship this year!  Great job matee!
